Welcome to the space of transformation and growth. I am Dr Paulet Brown-Wilsher and I stand at the crossroads of two vocations university leadership and ordained ministry. For over three decades, I have walked alongside individuals navigating challenge and change. As a Director of Education and a priest, I bring a compassionate lens to leadership, and a strategic mindset to personal development. Rooted in positive psychology, my coaching offers a reflective, focused space where clients can uncover their strengths, embrace change, and deepen their sense of purpose.
